Description

This study identifies, classifies and briefly examines certain legal aspects of action taken by States in order to ensure respect for international humanitarian law in general- It also provides a list of measures that States could consider adopting, as appropriate, so as to fulfil their obligations under Article I common to the four Geneva Conventions.
