Description

This article discusses the ICRC's delicate role in the event of breaches of international humanitarian law and the many problems involved in supervising the implementation of that law. It also summerizes the various steps that the ICRC may take and, in the last part, lists "guidelines in the event of breaches of international humanitarian law".
