Description

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement has in a number of resolutions commited itself to promote the rights of children, to respect the human rights and international humanitarian law, its role and attitude in regard to arms transfers, anti-personnel landmines and the security of field personnel. The report describes plan of action in the same context.
