The International Conference on the Convention on Certain Conventional Weapons (CCW) was co-hosted by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), with support from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India, from 5 to 6 December 2017 in New Delhi, India.The goal of the conference was to further understanding of the scope and content of the convention and its protocols as well as to discuss current issues on the CCW’s agenda such as Autonomous Weapons and IEDs. The report summarizes the presentations and discussions during the course of the conference.
