Description

The Report is an outcome of a panel discussion, organised jointly by Institute of Defence Studies and Analyses (IDSA) and International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) for discussing modern technology and warfare.  It highlights various aspects of cyber warfare - it's meaning and scope, protection offered by IHL against human cost of warfare, cyber operations during armed conflict, and evolution and future outlook of cyber attacks directed against essential services and infrastructure.
