The Red Cross, Red Crescent Movement is present on almost all of today's battlefields working to save lives and alleviate human suffering. How do the different components of such a large network work together to acheive this? This brochure provides general information on the various ways that the ICRC cooperates with National Societies worldwide. It also highlights specific cooperation initiatives to show the value of this core ICRC programme area.
