Description

This article presents the results of a meeting of experts convened by the ICRC (Geneva, 27-29 April 1992), of the UN Conference on the Environment and Development (Rio de Janeiro, 3-14 June 1992), of the Second Review Conference of the Parties to the ENMOD Convention (Geneva, 14-18 September 1992) and of the 47th Session fo the UN General Assembly (autumn 1992).
