A Compilation of proceedings of four day 2nd South Asian Conference on international humanitarian law held at Dhaka, Bangladesh, organized by ICRC, wherein delegates from 8 countries participated. This conference sought to encourage process of treaty accession, implementation and work of national IHL Committees.
